None appeared for complainant. Defect pointed out by registry has not been removed inspite of several opportunities have been given to the complainant. Complainant was given notice for compliance of order dated 03-10-2016 to remove defect. Inspite of this none appeared for complainant and defect pointed out by registry was not removed. Complainant was absent on previous dated 03-10-2016 also.

In view of above, complaint is dismissed as defective and in default of complainant
