Heard learned counsel for the petitioner. Petitioner has moved M.A. No. 256/2014 for restoration of revision petition, which was dismissed in default on 15.04.2014. Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that on 15.04.2014, he was not feeling well and he asked Mr. Himanshu Upadhyay, Advocate to appear, but due to matter listed before the Honle Supreme Court, he could not appear before this Commission and revision petition was dismissed in default. As revision petition has been dismissed in default and restoration application has been filed within prescribed period, we deem it appropriate to allow this application. Consequently, M.A. No. 256/2014 is allowed and order dated 15.04.2014, passed by this Commission in revision petition no. 940/2013, Santra Devi vs. Sahara India Pariwar & Anr. is recalled and revision petition is restored at its original number. Adjourned to 17.10.2014 for admission hearing.
