2.         Sahara India Pariwar, Sahara Sadan, 2-A, Shakespeare Sarini, Kolkata-700071.

3.         Sahara India Pariwar, SCO 1110-1111, Sector 22-B, Chandigarh through its Regional Manager.

                        The learned counsel for OPs states that present complaint does not fall within the jurisdiction of this Forum in the light of judgment of the Hon’ble Supreme Court of India titled “Sonic Surgical vs. National Insurance Company Ltd.” 2010 CTJ 2 (Supreme Court) (CP). In view of that, the learned counsel for complainant has made statement for withdrawal of the complaint. The same is allowed with liberty to the complainant to file his case on the same cause of action at the appropriate Court or Forum or Authority as per his need & requirement and as per law.

                        Certified copies of this order free of cost be supplied to the parties. The file be consigned.
