ORDER

1.        Taken up today as per miscellaneous application No.39 of 2018 moved by complainant for the deposit of the amount. In compliance with the order dated 15.10.2018 and calculations made by complainant i.e. Sh.R.K.Sharma at his own risk of calculations deposited three drafts of the denomination of Rs.10,000/-, Rs.3,94,000/- and Rs.3,56,540/- in the official designation of this Forum. Office to deposit these drafts in the appropriate official account of this Forum. This amount is to be refunded to Sahara India Pariwar on being applied for as per procedure. In the meantime, the aforesaid amount after depositing in the appropriate head of the account of the Forum be reinvested in fixed deposit receipt for a period of 180 days. This miscellaneous application is dismissed as satisfied as amount has been deposited.

2.        Certificate of recovery issued to the District Collector, Mohali, Punjab, is hereby cancelled and it be called back unexecuted. The miscellaneous application No.39 of 2018 is also disposed off accordingly. Matter be not listed on 19.11.2018 as already ordered.

3.        Certified copies of this order be sent to the parties free of cost. The file be consigned.
