                                       Learned counsel for complainant has suffered a statement in which he has stated that due to some technical defect in the present complaint, he withdraws the present complaint and permission to file fresh complaint after rectification may be granted. In view of the statement of learned counsel for complainant, present complaint is dismissed as withdrawn with the permission to file fresh complaint after curing the technical defect before competent court of law. Original documents, if any be returned to the complainant against proper receipt after placing on file photostat copies of the same. File be consigned to the record room.
