                   Today the case is fixed for arguments. However, learned counsel for complainant has suffered a statement that due to technical defect in the present complaint, he may kindly be allowed to withdraw the present complaint with permission to file fresh complaint after rectification. In view of the statement of learned counsel for complainant, present complaint is dismissed as withdrawn with permission to file fresh complaint on the same cause of action before the appropriate court of law and the time period spent in this complaint shall be exempted as per law. File be consigned to the record room.
