This case stands filed on 08.03.2022 but thereafter since 21.04.2022 complainant has been absent and in his absence this case was admitted with a direction to the complainant to file requisite. It appears that as reported by the office learned advocate on behalf of complainant was also informed but he did not comply. Complainant was notice vide memo-468 dated 27.05.2022 to make proper step but complainant did not appear till date. Hence, this complaint case stands dismissed.
