Final Order / Judgement

Order No. 23                         Dated: 26.07.2023

Today is fixed for showing cause by the complainant.

The complainant is absent on repeated calls.  None for the complainant is present and no steps is taken.  It appears from the order dated 26.10.2022 the matter has been fixed on 22.11.2022 for filing E/chief by the complainant and ex parte hearing of the case and complainant remained absent without taking any steps on 22.11.2022 and the matter is re-fixed on 05.01.2023 for ex parte hearing of the case as special chance.  It also appears the complainant remained absent on 02.05.2023 also and the matter was fixed on 13.06.2023 for filing E/chief by the complainant and for ex parte hearing of the case and on the next dated i.e. on 13.06.2023 the complainant remained absent without taking any steps and no E/chief was filed by the complainant and as such complainant was directed to show cause on 30.06.2023, but on 30.06.2023 the complainant remained absent, even cause was not shown by the complainant for ends of justice, an opportunity was given to the complainant for filing E/chief on 26.07.2023 and showing cause by the complainant as last chance. It is now 12.50 p.m.  Complainant did not turn up in spite of repeated call and no steps is taken by the complainant.

In view of the above, it seems to us that the complainant is not at all interested to proceed with the Consumer Complaint.

Hence, it is

ORDERED

that Consumer Complaint be and the same is dismissed for not taking steps and no prosecution of the matter.
