3.      Sahara India Credit Cooperative Society Ltd., Opp. Gupta Clinic, Main Road, Barwala, District Panchkula through its Branch Manager.

                   For the reasons stated in the order of even date, passed by this Commission in C.C.No.116/2021-Ram Bahadur Versus The Chairman-cum-Managing Director, Sahara Credit Cooperative Society etc. this complaint is also disposed off.  A copy of that order in that case is placed on the record, which shall be deemed to form a part of this order.

2.                Certified copy of this order be communicated to the parties, free of charge. After compliance file be consigned.
