MR. PRAVAT KUMAR PADHI, PRESIDENT:-       

          Co-Operative Society is not amenable to the Jurisdiction of Consumer Commission as such the consumer complaint is not maintainable but in view of the recent decision of Hon’ble Supreme Court,  the investors are to get back their amount in phase manner. Therefore keeping in view the decision of Hon’ble Apex Court in the case of Pinak Pani Mohanty and in order to protect the interest of both parties we direct the Opposites parties to release the amount in terms of the decision of Honbl’e Apex Court.

With the aforesaid observation and direction  the C.C.Case No. 50/2022 is accordingly disposed off. No order as to cost.

                             Issue extract of the order to the parties for compliance.
