                         ORDER

 

                        This case has been taken up today in the Lok Adalat. The matter has been settled between the parties. The learned counsel for complainant has accepted the statement dated 25.2.2010 given by Sh.Navjinder Singh Sidhu, Advocate for OPs. It is, therefore, ordered in view of the settlement that OPs would refund the deposited amount of the complainant alongwith 9% simple interest per annum calculable from the date of deposit till the date of actual payment. The OPs would make the payment to the complainant within 30 days from 25.2.2010. The case stands disposed of in view of the settlement arrived at between the parties.

          Copies of this order free of cost be supplied to the parties. The file be consigned.
