This case stands admitted on 02.04.2022 with a direction to the complainant to file requisite to issue notice to the opposite party but same has not yet been complied. Complainant has been absent since the day of filing the case. This case was admitted on 02.04.2022 but in absence of the complainant on account of the fact that more than 21 days had lapsed after filing the case, accordingly, as per new amended Act this case was admitted vide memo no. 1371 dated 05.08.2022, complainant was noticed but complainant did not appear to take any step in this case which shows the facts that complainant has got no interest in this case. Hence, this complaint case stands dismissed.
