                   Today the complainant has filed an application for putting up the case file and further permitting to withdraw the case. Heard. Application is allowed as prayed for. Case is preponed from 20.01.2017 to today.

Counsel for the Ops has made a separate statement in which he states that he tendered a cheque bearing No.754078 dated 31.12.2016 amounting to Rs.70,000/- in compliance of order under execution and the order under execution has been fully complied with.

                   Complainant has also made a separate statement in which he states that he has received a cheque bearing No.754078 dated 31.12.2016 amounting to Rs.70,000/- in compliance of order under execution. Now nothing remains towards the Ops. So, he wants to withdraw his present execution application being fully satisfied.

                   Heard. In view of the statement, the present execution application is hereby dismissed as withdrawn being fully satisfied. We order accordingly. Bailable warrants of Ops be also recalled.

                   A copy of this order be sent to the parties free of costs and file be consigned to record room after due compliance.
