ORDER

The parties have amicably settled the matter.  As per settlement the OP No.1 shall convert the Q shop bond of the complainant into two year FDR.    In this view of the matter complainant wants to withdraw the complaint. In this regard he has  appended a note on the complaint.

                        In view of the aforesaid statement, this complaint is dismissed as withdrawn being settled.  However, in case the  OP No.1 does not act as per the compromise then the complainant shall have the liberty  to file a fresh complaint before the appropriate Forum.

                        Certified copy be sent to the parties free of charge. After compliance file be consigned.
