            Jdr Subrata Dasgupta is brought under arrest by Bhowanipur PS on the strength of WA. He is taken into custody and remanded to J.C.

            Jdr 3 submits that he is ready and willing to comply the final order dated 13.03.2020 passed in CC-402/2019. Accordingly, he files DD bearing No.140952 dated 11.02.2022 for Rs. 42,313/- in favour of the Dhr 1 Subho Das. Let the DD be kept in safe custody. There is nothing due from the Jdrs against the final order dated 13.03.2020 passed in CC-402/2019. Therefore, the instant Execution case is liable to be disposed off on full satisfaction.

            That the Execution case being No. 33/2021 is disposed off on full satisfaction. JDr.-3 Subrata Dasgupta be released forthwith.

            Recall WA against Authorized Persons of Jdrs 1 & 2, if already issued.
