ORDER

     The parties have settled the matter. Counsel for OP No.1 has handed over a cheque bearing No.028342 dated 26.06.2018 amounting to Rs.395557/- as full and final settlement to the counsel for complainant, who recorded his statement on the front page of the complaint itself withdrawing the instant complaint as fully satisfied. Photocopy of cheque retained. In view of the same, this complaint is dismissed as withdrawn having been settled.

     Certified copies of this order be sent to the parties free of cost. The file be consigned.
