                   Keeping in view the even dated separate statement suffered by counsel for the complainant, present complaint is hereby dismissed as withdrawn, with no order as to costs. However, the complainant shall be at liberty to file afresh complaint after removing legal defect, if any and in the said fresh complaint, he will disclose the particulars of the present complaint and its fate.  File be consigned to records.
