After the case was adjourned, Sh.Harnek Singh Sandhu, Counsel for Complainant has appeared again at 11.25 AM and made statement, recorded separately, that as instructed by complainant, the matter has been compromised between the parties and the complainant does not want to pursue the present consumer complaint further and hence this consumer complaint may be dismissed as withdrawn being compromised. In view of the statement made by counsel for complainant, the present consumer complaint is dismissed as withdrawn being compromised. This consumer complaint be not listed on 08.01.2019 as already ordered as it stood disposed off today.

     Certified copies of this order be sent to the parties free of cost. The file be consigned.
