  1. Sahara Credit Co-operative Society Limited, through its Authorized Signatory/Official, having Regd. Office at Sahara India Bhawan, 1, Kapoorthala Complex, Aliganj, Lucknow-226024.
  2. Sahara Credit Co-operative Society Limited, through its Authorized Signatory/Official, Mr. Deepak Dattana having its Branch Office under the name of Sahara India Parivar, 5744-46, 1st Floor, Nicholson Road, above old Corporation Bank (now Union Bank), Ambala Cantt-133001.
  3. Sahara India Parivar, Region Office, Gohana Road, Opposite Vishvakarma Mandir, Panipat through its Authorized Signatory/official.

          Complaint under Section 35 of the Consumer Protection Act, 2019

                              Today, the case was fixed for consideration on the admissibility of the complaint. However, learned counsel for the complainant has made a statement, which is recorded separately, to the effect that due to technical defect he wants to withdraw the present complaint on behalf of the complainant with liberty to file afresh complaint.

                   In view of the aforesaid statement, the present complaint is hereby dismissed as withdrawn. However, the complainant is at liberty to file afresh complaint, as per law. Assistant of this Commission is directed to handover the original documents, if any, to the complainant after retaining photocopies of the same on the file, on proper receipt and verification. Certified copy of the order be sent to the complainant, free of costs, as per rule. File be indexed and consigned to record room.
