This case stands filed on 22.04.2019 and admitted on 03.05.2019 with a direction to the complainant to file requisite to issue notice against the opposite party but thereafter, no compliance has been made and complainant started remaining absent from 31.07.2019. Last chance was also given to the complainant and notice was also sent to be present on the next date but complainant did not comply the order. Which amounts to the fact that the complainant has got no interest in this case. Hence, this complaint case stands dismissed.
