ORDER

     At this stage, vide his separate statement, counsel for complainant has stated that he withdraw the present consumer complaint with liberty to file fresh in case the maturity amount is not refunded by OPs. In view of the statement made by the counsel for complainant, the complaint is allowed to be withdrawn with liberty to file fresh in case the maturity amount is not refunded by OPs, as permissible under the law.

     Certified copies of this order be sent to the parties free of cost. The file be consigned.
