3.      Sahara Credit Cooperative Society Ltd., 541/2, Kesho Ram Complex, Burail,  Chandigarh through its Branch Manager.

                   For the reasons stated in the order of even date, passed by this Commission in C.C.No.116/2021-Ram Bahadur Versus The Chairman-cum-Managing Director, Sahara Credit Cooperative Society etc. this complaint is also disposed off.  A copy of that order in that case is placed on the record, which shall be deemed to form a part of this order.

2.                Certified copy of this order be communicated to the parties, free of charge. After compliance file be consigned.
