2. Sahara Credit Cooperative Society Ltd., Regd., office Sahara India Pariwar, 1^st floor, Kunjpura road, near vishal mega mart, Karnal, through its authorized signatory.

Complaint under Section 35 of Consumer Protection Act, 2019.

Present:  Sh. Darshan Singh, counsel for the complainant.

                                              

        Complaint presented today. It be checked and registered.

       At this stage, learned counsel for the complainant has suffered his separate statement to the effect that in view of order dated 29.03.2023 passed by the Hon’ble Supreme Court of India, in Writ Petition (C) No.191 of 2022 titled as Pinak Pani Mohanty Vs Union of India and others, he withdraws the present complaint and the complainant will submit the claim before the Central Registrar of Cooperative Societies, in accordance with above mentioned Writ Petition.      

      In view of the above statement the present complaint is hereby dismissed as withdrawn. Parties concerned be communicated of the order accordingly and file be consigned to the record room.
