Sh.Rajiv Goyal Advocate ld.counsel for the complainant has come present and made the following statement before this Commission.

“Stated that due to the amendment in the New Consumer Protection Act, 2019 on the point of territorial jurisdiction, I withdraw the present complaint with permission to file the same afresh on the same cause of action before some other competent District Commission/ Court of law.”

In view of the aforesaid statement of Sh.Rajiv Goyal, Advocate ld.counsel for the  complainant  recorded today separately before this Commission, the present complaint is dismissed as withdrawn and the complainant is at liberty to file the same afresh on the same cause of action before some other competent District Commission/ Court of law, if he so desires, in view of the amendment in the New Consumer Protection Act, 2019 on the point of territorial jurisdiction. Copy of this order be supplied to the parties free of costs and thereafter, the file be consigned to record room.
