3.      Sahara Credit Co-operative Society Ltd., SCO No.1110-1111, Sector 22-B, Chandigarh through its Regional Manager-Sh.Arun Kumar Singh.

4.      Sahara Credit Co-operative Society Ltd., SCF No.40-41, Phase-5, SAS Nagar, Mohali through its Branch Manager.

                   For the reasons stated in the order of even date, passed by this Commission in C.C.No.684/2021- Kailash Kumar Versus  Sahara Credit Co-operative Society Ltd. & Others, this complaint is also disposed off.  A copy of that order in that case is placed on the record, which shall be deemed to form a part of this order.

2.                Certified copy of this order be communicated to the parties, free of charge. After compliance file be consigned.
