Presently residing at:   Deb Mongal Apartment, near Joy guru Medical Shop, Chuna Bhati, Podra, Ram Krishna Pally, Andul Road, Howrah – 711 109.

2.      Sahara Credit Co-operative Society Limited, a Unit of Sahara India Pariwar, represented by its Regional Manager, Sahara India Pariwar, having its office at C/o. Bajaj Building 1^st Floor, Subhas Pally Square, Benachity, B/o. Durgapur, Chamber of Commerce building, Durgapur, District: Burdwan, PIN – 713 213.

3.      Sahara Credit Co-operative Society Limited, a Unit of Sahara India Pariwar, represented by its Branch manager, having its office at Sahara India Pariwar, 31/3/1, N.S.B. Road, Ward -2, Raniganj, District: Burdwan, PIN – 713 347.

The complainant is present through the ld. Advocate and he is also present in person and the OP-3 is also present personally.

Today the complainant has filed one petition stating that as the grievance of the complainant has already been settled with the Ops out of Forum amicably and the Ops have duly paid the maturity amount to him, hence, the complainant is not willing to proceed with this complaint further and prays for an appropriate order.

Upon careful perusal of the said petition we are of the view, as the complainant being satisfied with the amount, is not inclined to proceed with this complaint and prays for dismissal of this complaint for non-prosecution, hence it is

that the Consumer Complaint being No. 69/2016 is hereby dismissed for non-prosecution.

            Let plain copies of this order be supplied to the parties free of cost as per provisions  of law.
