           In the present case, this Forum is of the view that it is no territorial jurisdiction  to entertain the present complaint as the complainant is living in Canada and he has appointed Sh.Gurinder Singh, as his power of attorney executed in his favour on 22.6.2019 ex.C-1 to file the present complaint.  

            Complainant was allotted residential plot vide allotment Serial No.984000072227 dated 22.3.2005 by opposite party No.1 in its Chandigarh region project under Sahara City Homes Scheme on payment of Rs.2,32,618/- vide receipt No.10154686801 dated 22.3.2005. Complainant has paid Rs. 352044/- as per terms and conditions but till date, no allotment has been made neither refund has been made to the complainant. Complainant has placed on record documents ex.C-1 to C-5 i.e.original power of attorney, attested copies of statement of accounts vide which payment was made at Phagwara Branch. Moreover, affidavit given by the complainant in this case is not self attested. Therefore, present complaint is not maintainable and cannot be entertained by this Forum and same is hereby dismissed. Copy of the orders be furnished to the parties free of costs. File be consigned to the record room.
