Today the instant case is fixed for show cause by the complainant i/d dismissed.

            Complainant is absent today and take no steps for show cause.

            Perused the c/r several opportunities were given to the complainant for filing requisite for fresh notice upon the O.P but the complainant did not adhere to the directions of this Commission and flouted the order. It also appears that the complainant was directed to file show cause on 23/04/2024 but the complainant does not file any show cause nor appears in this case. The conduct of the complainant is totally reluctance with the nature, so there is no need to proceed further.

            Hence, the instant case is dismissed for default.
