The complainant is absent without steps and no show cause is filed.

It seems to us that the complainant is no more interested to proceed with the case. For that it is next to impossible for this Commission to run the case with the repeated absence of the complainant. We think it is a fit case where a dismissal order can be passed.

Hence it is ordered that the case be and the same is dismissed due to non-prosecution; but without cost.

Let a plain copy be given to the parties free of cost as per CPR.
