The record is put up today.

            The complainant files a verified petition stating inter alia that the disputes with the OPs have been resolved and the complainant has no grievance against the OPs and he is not ready to proceed with the case further.

            Though, the OPs appeared but they have not submitted written version in this case.

            In view of such compromise arrived at between the parties, we think that there is no necessity to proceed with the case further.

            It is hereby

ordered

            that the case is disposed of on compromise.

            Let a plain copy of this order be furnished to the parties forthwith free of cost.
