COMPLAINT UNDER SEC. 12 OF THE CONSUMER PROTECTION ACT, 1986.

Present:       Mr.Parveen Jain, Adv., for the complainant.

                   None for the Ops.                            

 

                   Today the case is fixed for appearance of the Ops. At this stage, counsel for the complainant by making a separate statement states that the matter has been settled with the Ops. Now, there is no grievance against the Ops; therefore, the complaint may kindly be permitted to be withdrawn as settled.

                   Heard. In view of the statement made by counsel for the complainant, it is clear that matter has been compromised. Hence, the present complaint is hereby dismissed as withdrawn.

                   A copy of this order be sent to the parties free of costs and file be consigned to record room after due compliance.
