                    Case called several times since morning but nobody appeared on behalf of the complainant.  It is now 3.35 p.m. From the perusal of the order sheet it is found that nobody is appeared on behalf of the complainant for the last several hearings.  The complainant has failed to adduce his evidence despite various adjournments. It seems that the complainant is not interested to pursue his complaint.    Therefore, the complaint of the complainant is dismissed for non compliance of the orders and in default. File be consigned to the record room.
