Sh.Rupesh Mahindru,Adv.appeared on behalf of the respondent No.2 and filed memo of appearance. Counsel for the applicant has got recorded his statement that in view of the order passed by the Hon'ble State Commission dated 2.3.2015 vide which the Hon'ble State Commission has stayed the proceeding of the forum, he withdrew the present execution application with permission to file a fresh execution after the decision of the appeal of the State Commission. In view of the above statement, present execution application is dismissed as withdrawn. However, the applicant is at liberty to file a fresh execution application after the decision of the appeal of the State Commission. File is ordered to be consigned to the record room.
