ORDER

Earlier the complaint was received from PGMS and it was registered in this Commission.  After perusing the record it was observed that there is no address of the complainant and a letter was written to the PGMS Cell for providing the address of the complainant.  No address has been provided so far.  The complaint cannot be kept pending for an unlimited period. 

Complaint without the address of the complainant is dismissed.

Complainant may file fresh complaint directly to this Commission as per law, if he so desires. 

File be consigned to Record Room.
