Against the orders dated 29.08.2012 passed in CC No.290/2010 by the District Consumer Forum-I, Hyderabad, the Opposite party therein has approached this Commission and filed this appeal i.e., FA 613/2013. During the pendency of this appeal, it appears that the parties have amicably settled their dispute and in that regard a joint memo is filed by the Appellant/Opposite party stating that the matter is settled out of court. In the light of the said submission, the court looked into the joint memo signed by the parties.
2. Counsel for the Appellant/Opposite party herein is present. When he was questioned, he, in unequivocal terms stated that Appellant got the matter settled out of court for Rs.1,50,000/- towards full and final satisfaction of the claim and the Respondent/Complainant stated to have received a sum of Rs.1,25,000/- through demand draft bearing No.284014 dated 09.09.2015 drawn on Vijaya Bank, Defence Colony branch, New Delhi towards full and final settlement of her entire dues as awarded by the District Consumer Forum, Hyderabad in CC No.290/2010 excluding the statutory amount of Rs.25,000/- lying to the credit of above appeal and that the Appellant herein has no objection in withdrawing the statutory amount of Rs.25,000/- by the Respondent herein.

4. In the circumstances stated above, this matter is closed as settled out of court.
