Complaint coming up for hearing on admission today, the forum deliver the following.

Complaint is regarding a breach of contract and for realization of amount due as per the

contract. According to complainant, opposite party hired goods like utensils, furniture, bed, stage items etc from the complainant. It is alleged that the complaint received only part of the hire charges and complaint is filed for the balance amount as well as compensation for the loss caused due to postponement of the sports meet.

Heard the complaint . On going through the facts in the complaint itself, it is clear that complaint being purely breach of contract is not maintainable before forum. Moreover complainant has not hired any services from opposite party, instead opposite party has hired the service of the complainant.

Hence without going into the merits of the case, we dismiss the complaint with a direction to approach appropriate forum for relief.
