Final Order / Judgement

Today the complainant has made the rfollowing statement:-

                “Sated that there are some techincal flaws in framing the complaint and I may be allowed to withdrawn the present complaint with liberty to file fresh complaint/case on the same cause of action in the appropriate Forum/ competnent Court of law”

In view of the ibid statement, the present complaint is dismissed as withdrawn, however, the complainant is at liberty to file fresh complaint/case on the same cause of action in the appropriate/ Forum competent court of law as per rules. Copy of order be supplied to the parties as per rules. File be consigned to record room.
