The learned counsel for the OPs made a statement that the OPs shall pay the amount of Rs. 11999/- to the complainant within a period of forty days from today. Thereafter, the complainant has made a statement that having regard to the statement made by the learned counsel for the OPs, he does not want to pursue with the present complaint. Statement of both the parties have been recorded separately in that regard.

2           In view of the statement made by the learned counsel for the complainant, the present complaint is hereby dismissed as withdrawn. However, OPs shall be bound by the statement made by their counsel. The parties concerned be communicated of the order accordingly and the file be consigned to the record room after due compliance.
