Today Statement of Sh.Harbhajan Singh, Authorised Representative of the Complainant recorded that matter has been compromised between the parties and OP has realised his mistake and has promised to settle the dispute in question in the present case. As such, he does not want to proceed further with the present complaint and same may kindly be dismissed as withdrawn.

So accordingly, in view of the statement suffered by the Authorised Representative of the Complainant, the present complaint is dismissed as withdrawn after having been compromised. File be consigned to the record room.
