File taken up today on an application moved by ld. Counsel for the complainant. Complainant alongwith OPs no.1 to 3 made a joint statement to the effect that the matter has been compromised between the parties and complainant received new battery no.AL65T-BT21J04-00583 from the opposite parties and has handed over old battery to the opposite parties. Opposite parties received the old battery from the complainant, so complainant withdraws the present complaint being fully satisfied.
In view of the above statement, the present complaint is hereby dismissed as withdrawn being fully satisfied. Copy of this order be supplied to the parties free of cost.
File be consigned to the record after due compliance.
