On 11.09.2015 the OP entered appearance through their advocate and sought time for filing version.  OP filed version on 06.11.2015.  On the same day the complainant was called upon to file his affidavit evidence.  Since then the complainant has remained absent continuously.  On 17.12.2015 one Sri.S. Yathiraj, Advocate filed power for complainant and sought time to file affidavit evidence.  However, no affidavit evidence was filed.  Thereafter, both the complainant as well as his advocate remained absent continuously without assigning any reasons or valid cause.  Today also both the complainant as well as his advocate remained absent.  No representation was made.  No reasons were assigned for the absence of the complainant and his advocate.  The complainant failed to file his affidavit evidence despite sufficient time and opportunity given.  It appears that, the complainant has no interest in prosecuting the complaint.  Therefore, the complaint is dismissed for non prosecution.
