1.                  Sachdeva Electronics, SCO No. 2415, Sector 22-C, Chandigarh through its            Proprietor.

2.                  Samsung India Electronics Pvt. Ltd., 7th and 8th Floor, IFCI Tower, 61, Nehru       Place, New Delhi-110019, India.

-          Opposite Parties

 

Present:           Complainant in person.

                        None for OP-1.

                        Sh.Sandeep Suri, Adv. for OP-2.

                                                            ORDER

 

                Parties appeared in the Lok Adalat and made their statement, which is reproduced as under:- 

           

            “Statement of Sh.Sandeep Suri. Adv. for OP-2.

            The order of the Forum has been complied with and a new machine has been         given and the payment has been made to the complainant as per the order.  The             said new machine shall carry a warranty of one year from the date of its supply to             the complainant.

            Statement of Sh.Amir Khan, s/o Sh.Hanif Khan, complainant in person.

            I accept the statement given today by Sh.Sandeep Suri, Advocate for OP-2. I        withdraw the present execution application as satisfied”.   

2.         In view of the above statements, the execution application stands dismissed as withdrawn. However, the parties would remain bound by their statements.

3.         Copies of this order free of cost be supplied to the parties. The file be consigned.
