Parties have compromised. Ld. Counsel for the opposite parties No.2 & 3 as well as complainant have given their statements to this forum. As per this settlement, after depositing mobile hand set along with accessory, a sum of Rs.9500/- shall be paid by the Ops No.2 & 3 to the complainant, within a period of one month. Both the parties shall be bound by the statement. The complaint of the complainant disposed of accordingly.
