          This complaint has been filed by the complainant against the opposite parties under section 12 of the Consumer Protection Act 1986 seeking direction to pay a sum of Rs.11,00,000/- towards rental and interest and to pay a sum of Rs.8,00,000/-towards mental agony and punitive damage and Rs.10,000/- towards cost of the complaint.

       

        Proof affidavit of complainant not filed for long time.  Complainant called absent.  No representation also.  Hence the complaint is dismissed for default.  No cost.
