None appears for the appellant consistently.  A perusal of the impugned order discloses that the original complaint was dismissed for non- prosecution.  In spite of the fact that a direction was given to the learned counsel for the appellant to take out personal notice on the respondent and file the proof of service, the same was not complied. 

In the circumstances, the appeal is also dismissed for non-prosecution.
