Complainant has made a statement that he has received a cheque bearing No. 404002 dated 29.12.09 amounting to Rs. 6,650/- and a demand draft No. 036765 dated 14.1.2010 amounting to Rs. 3500/- as full and final settlement of his complaint and he withdraw this complaint as fully satisfied.
