There is no Authority Letter of the complainant in favour of Sh.S.C.Khanna. Further Sh.S.C.Khanna, who is present in person has failed to produce any authority letter on behalf of the complainant. So the complaint is not validly himself to be instituted by Sh.S.C.Khanna alleging Authorised Representative of the complainant. Consequently, the present complaint is dismissed.
