ORDER

     At this stage, vide his separate statement, Sh.Sunil Kumar Thakur, Complainant/DH in person has stated that as per settlement arrived at between the parties, he has received Rs.34,000/- from the OP/JD. It has been further stated by the complainant/DH that he will move an appropriate application before the Hon’ble State Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission, U.T. Chandigarh, for getting/releasing the remaining amount of Rs.31,650/-, which was deposited by OP/JD at the time of appeal No.190 of 2023. It has been further stated by complainant/DH that at this stage, he does not press the present execution application and he withdraw the same being fully satisfied, subject to receiving the amount of Rs.31,650/- alongwith interest accrued thereon, if any.

     In view of the statement made by the complainant/DH, the present execution application is dismissed as withdrawn being fully satisfied, subject to receiving the aforesaid amount of Rs.31,650/- alongwith interest accrued thereon, if any.

     Certified copies of this order be sent to the parties free of cost. The file be consigned.
