          Complainants are present. Today is fixed for filing Written Version by the Opposite Parties. At this stage, the Complainants have filed a petition with a prayer to withdraw the case on the ground stated therein.

 

            Perused the petition. Heard. Considered.

 

            From the content of the withdrawal petition it appears that the matter has amicably been settled by and between the parties out of Court during pendency of this case and the Complainants have got the Completion Certificate along with other claims from the Opposite Parties.

 

            Under such circumstances the Complainants on Doc have stated before this Commission that they have no claim against the Opposite Parties and they are not willing to proceed with the case furthermore. They further stated that they put their signature in the withdrawal petition at their own accord without having influence from any corner. When the Complainants are intend to withdraw the case on full satisfaction then the Commission has no predicament to consider the prayer of the Complainants favourably.

 

            Hence, the case is disposed of on full satisfaction. The signed photocopy of identity proof (Aadhaar Card) of the Complainants submitted and let the same be kept with the record.

 

Let a plain copy of this order be given to the parties free of cost as per CPR, 2005.
