This complaint has been filed by the complainant u/s 12 of C. P. Act, 1986 with a prayer for getting Electric Connection in his residential house.

The OP-Domkal CCC, WBSEDCL appeared in this case by filing written Version to contest the case.

Today is fixed for filing show-cause by the complainant as to why the complaint should not be dismissed due non-prosecution. The complainant is found absent.

From the case record, it appears that the previously complainant did not take steps on consecutive several dates. As a result, by order No.14. dt. 03.03.15 the complainant was directed fixing 09.04.15 to show cause as to why the case should not be dismissed due non-prosecution. On that date neither the complainant himself nor his agent was found to be present in spite of getting sufficient opportunities to argue his case.

 In this situation, we are of considered opinion that the Complainant is not interested to proceed with the case and as such the Consumer Complaint No. 136/2013 be and the same is dismissed due to non-prosecution.            

     Let a plain copy of this order be made available and be supplied free of cost, to each of the parties on contest in person, Ld. Advocate/Agent on record, by hand under proper acknowledgment  to the concerned parties as per rules, for information and necessary action.
